Refund & cancellation
This policy applies to paid classroom programmes, labs, and mentoring sessions offered by System Maple Hub Academy. It does not cover products, shipping, or digital marketplaces we do not operate. Payments are arranged offline after an enrolment confirmation—not through checkout on this site.
Eligibility
Refund requests are considered for confirmed, paid enrolments when you cancel within the timeframes below and seats have not been consumed beyond the stated thresholds.
Timeframe
- Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the programme start date.
- Partial refund (50% of programme fee): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before start.
- No refund: cancellation within 6 days of start, or after the programme has begun.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refunds require that no printed workbook or reserved private-mentor prep time has been delivered. Partial refunds apply when materials have been prepared but classroom hours have not started. Mentoring sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable for that session fee.
Non-refundable items
- Opened printed workbooks and annotated chart packs already issued to you.
- Deposits explicitly labelled non-refundable in your confirmation email when a seat is held for a waitlisted cohort.
- Completed mentoring hours.
Refund process
Email enrol@system-maplehub.click with your full name, programme name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are outside our control.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may request one free reschedule to a later cohort of the same programme if notice is given at least 7 days before start and seats exist. Further reschedules may require a THB 800 administration fee.
Deposits
When a deposit is required to hold a seat, it is applied to the programme fee. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel inside the 6-day window before start.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a no-show. Fees for that programme or session are forfeited.
Work already started
Once classroom hours or mentoring time have begun, fees for started portions are non-refundable. Unused future lab evenings in a monthly lab plan may be credited toward the next month if you notify us before the second lab of the paid month.
Purchased materials
Materials included in tuition are not sold separately for return. If a programme is cancelled by the academy, you receive a full fee refund or a seat in the next equivalent cohort at your choice.
Academy cancellations
If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra cost.
